First things first Understand
This introduction is for understanding the basic freedoms we think are granted us by the Constitution, but as we know we cannot exercise most anything with out getting permission, permits, paying a fee, or even be jailed or at least threatened so, may our eyes be opened as to how public officers can take their oath of office and not care one iota whether or not they keep one word of it or even care.
The evolvement of some of the original terms from what they were to what they have been twisted to mean today, this is also very important to understand, all this by a very cunning process, how they, our supposed beloved Federal Government, have been constructively changed to promote fraud and misrepresentation to those who do not really understand what has slowly but surely been changed and taken away, and how we have been fed usages and terms that use to have clarity in their meaning but now have one meaning to the masses and quite another to the legal systems and the unaware public are at there mercy thus not having a chance or clue as to why or how.
As we begin to set sail on this exercise of understanding things as they really are we will need to do some mental research, first and foremost, we need to understand the difference between an American ( a Citizen of one of the United States that is a part of the other united states of America ) and a U. S. Citizen, which is a U.S. Federal Government citizen which uses many deceiving acronyms, yes they may seem at first to you to be the same but you will quickly understand the difference and this will also set the precedence on how they ( the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and all of it’s EMPLOYEES, DEPARTMENTS, OR COUTRS ) twist every little letter and use CAPITIOLS to get you one way or another. The Bureaucracy creates a flaw in the Constitution, Two Nations in One
It was around the time of the American Civil War that they discovered a flaw in the Constitution. The flaw was Article I, Section 8, Clause 17. Remember ' that there are two nations called "United States." What is a nation? Whenever you have a governing body, having a prescribed territory containing a body of people. Is that a nation? Yes. We have a governing body in the Republic, we are taught there is "the three branches of government." There are the legislative, the executive, and the judicial branches. There is also a prescribed aria or state boundaries containing that body of people. But you should understand it is really a four branch government, the fourth is the people, people in the jury in our courts, they hold more power than all the judges, lawyers, police, and are bound to judge both the law and the crime, this is what the fifth amendment of the Constitution is all about, so you see the fourth branch must be suppressed in federally funded and controlled public schools, in order for the courts and judges to maintain their deception. This is a Constitutional Republic. American (the place or one of the states) National (the prescribed territory containing a body of people described by the Constitution) person (alive, having been born in one of the several states ‘not a legal fiction’) in the Constitutional Republic (the original founded America using the Common Law and its bill of Rights for their protection). Thus an ‘American National’.
But Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 gave Congress, which is the legislative branch of the three branches government, exclusive rule over a given territory known as the District of Columbia, containing a body of people. Here we have a nation within a nation. This is a legislative democracy within a Constitutional Republic.
When Congress was a part of the Constitutional Republic, it had the obligation of first providing a medium of exchange for us. Its duty was to coin gold or silver. Anyone who had a piece of gold or silver could bring it in and have it freely minted into coin. This was the only medium of exchange for the Republic. And second to protect the states with an army, an army of volunteers, which all states were obliged to recruit voluntary, men to serve, thirdly to set immigration standards for the several states and the issuing of Passports for the citizens of the several states thus assuring the American National Person identity. But in the Legislative Democracy (over Washington D.C.), Congress is not limited by the Constitution. Congress has exclusive rule over the District of Columbia. The legislators can make the law by a majority vote, and that makes it a democracy; thus you see the legal tyranny, they even have the authority to have administrative agents to enforce their own law and they have courts in the legislative branch of government, to try their own law that is why they are called district courts with the #, [thus a number] of that particular district they have over-laid on the American States. Here we have the legislature making the law, enforcing the law and trying the law, all within the one branch of government. This is a one-branch government within a three branch government. Actually a four branch the people being the forth branch and jury judging both the crime and law as to the circumstances surrounding the law that was broken.
Under the four-branch government, Congress passes law which has to be in harmony with the Constitution. The executive enforces the law passed by the Congress, and the judiciary tries the law, pursuant to the Constitution. And the people make sure the judiciary dose not get out of control. Thus you see Congress wares two hats, one for the four-branch government, and another for the one branch of federal government.
So you will know, this one branch government has succeeded form the united states control in 1982 and now is called The ‘State of New Columbia’ and has no loyalty to the Constitutional Republic or to any American National person what so ever, it is a part of the One World order with privileges given to whom or how they please.
The, usually referred to as, the Three-branch Constitutional Republic, and the One-branch legislative democracy are both called the United States. One is the continental United States and the other is federal United States, FEDERAL UNITED STATES, the U.S. Government, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, or the, are you a U.S. CITIZIN ?, the capital letters indicate that it is actually a bankrupt corporation and the other is the continental United States. Are You a United States Citizen?
If you say that you are a United States citizen, which United States are you referring to? Anyone who lives in the District of Columbia is a United States citizen. The remaining population in the fifty states are the national citizenry of the nation an American National. We are domiciled in various sovereign States, protected by the constitutions of those states and have direct rule [the Senate], over, the Federal United States, and need only adhere to the American Republic and the four branches of government the legislative, the executive, and the judicial branches, again the trial by jury is the ultimate decision maker in any court no matter what any judge may say, remember Juries have the power to judge both the law and the crime no matter what vomit may come out of the judges mouth, what he may refer to as instructions. Now in the democracy, ‘which is legal tyranny to the minority’, anyone who lives in those states known as Washington D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, or any of the other federally held territories are a citizen of the Federal United States (D.C.). We must be careful with our choice of words: we are not citizens of the Federal United States, unless you want to be. We are not subject to Congress. Congress has only a exclusive rule over a given territory, and we are not part of that territory. For example, where did Congress get the authority to write the Internal Revenue Code? It is found in Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution. To pass that law, they only needed a majority vote. There is no other way that they could pass laws directly affecting individuals. Title 26, the Internal Revenue code, was passed as law for the other nation D. C. (remember our definition of 'nation'), but Title 26 is not consistent with the Bill of Rights. If you being a D. C. citizen and try to fight the IRS, you have no rights the Code does not allow you any of your constitutional rights. It simply says, "You failed to file an income tax form. You failed to perform in some specific manner as a D. C. Citizen. Now if you are an American National, you are exempt, and are not liable, you are not subject to their D.C. laws or codes, but rest assured they will not tell you.
This is not a pitch to get you to stop paying taxes but to let you understand that you can choose your citizenship and stand up for your (or what you think are your constitutional freedoms and liberties) freedoms and use there forms, for they know but do not want you to know, which or how to use them, when was the last time they sent you a W-8 BEN form to fill out, they want your money, even if the must hide the truth, and threaten you with all kinds of false stories or their reign of terror. There are 300 Million people in American they must do something to keep all those ants in line, or the ants may take over.
Remember, under the Common Law of our Republic, you are free to do whatever you want, as long as you do not infringe upon the life, liberty, or property of anyone else. If you do not want to Perform, you don't have to. The only way you can be compelled to perform, under the Constitution in the continental United States, is when you have entered a contract and have failed to fulfill your contractual obligations. But if you are not under a contract you can not be compelled to perform. How can you be compelled to file an income tax form, or any form? You can't, and if compelled it makes the contract null and void, ‘even if you signed it’!
When Congress works for the Republic, every law that is passes must be in harmony with the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but when Congress works for the Legislative D.C. Democracy, any law it passes becomes the law of that land the FEDERAL D.C. (remember, Congress has exclusive legislative control over federal territory). If you are charged with willful failure to file an income tax 1040 form, that is a law of a different nation. If you are living in a State of the United states you are a nonresident alien to that D.C. Democracy nation. It is a foreign corporation to you. It is not the Republic of the continental United States coming after you; it is a foreign nation, a legislative democracy, a foreign nation. No different than Canada, Mexico, or France wanting you to succumb to their rules. To make this clear see their the IRS booklet Publication 525, page 12 – Non resident … do not let the verbiage confuse you … then print out the W-8 BEN form and use it not the W-4 really it is just that simple no matter what any one says or tries to scare you in to doing, or not doing. Remember forced, threatened, or compelled it makes the contract null and void, ‘even if you signed it’
Note, be sure you reserve your Constitutional rights under the Common Law through the Uniform Commercial Code at 1-207, 1-207.4, & .7, and 1-103.6. the first number is the Uniform Commercial Code book and the second is the page # these books are the source of their colored law. It is very important to understand them thouraghlly discuss this with others.If you were born in any State other than ALASKA, or HAWAII you are actually a Citizen of that State first and foremost, this is of most importance to you, and as such you are Nationalized into the Republic of the United States of America by live birth, therefore a American or in other words an American National Citizen of the Republic of the united states of America.
Each State has it’s own Constitution and it is patterned after the Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America, guaranteeing Life, Liberty, and freedoms… to Own Private Property, free and clear of any encumbrances what so ever, each state also declares the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. to bad they didn’t teach us this in FEDERAL funded and controlled Schools, or even to the police or county agencies, But these agencies were and are very well instructed not to listen to you as you plead for your property and or basic rights as a person, that you thought you should have, they absolutely will not care one bit as they hall you and/or your property away, be very aware that this is absolutely true and be also willing to defend your self with all gusto…
Now let’s see how the FED’S twist this beyond confusion, first the united states is different than the UNITED STATES, the American United States are the States with their Constitution, But the UNITED STATES in all capitols is a Bankrupt Corporation, and are controlled by the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. This is the same concept the federal U.S. used to trick you into its web of deceit, lies, and revenue generating machine, this applies to California verses CALIFORNIA, Ohio verses OHIO, or any other state in CAPITOLS These all capitol states are a CORPORATION using the states name to confuse you into thinking it is still a state constitutional government agency, but it is not, this applies to Cities just call your city hall and ask when the city was incorporated and they will gladly tell you. (remember BANK OF AMERICA is not Americas Bank it only uses a good name as a Corporation, this applies to Federal Express as well) remember that CORPORATIONS are CORPORATIONS and are there to do one thing and one thing only and that is to make money, think of this for just one moment all CITIES are CORPORATIONS that includes their POLICE DEPARTMENTS, FIRE DEP. , HOSPITIALS, CITY CORTS, WATER, POWER, BUILDING DEPARTMENTS, all are not there to serve or anything else just to extract your hard earned money from you in any form they can dream up, if you don’t think so just try to exercise you liberty and freedoms you think are granted to you by the Constitution and see how far you get! I sincerely feel you will be surprisingly disappointed, think how many times have you felt “how do they get away with that, it is un-constitutional”.
To them it dose not matter one bit they got you to sign a contract giving up any rights you though you had constitutionally. They use a thing called color of law and as they use this you think it is the law but it is not, and you best understand that thy do not care one bit about you or the real law, and say oh we understand and sympathies with you but you see we must adhere to what we have before us and it is all just colored law, in your face and your pocked. The ironic thing is that these people all raised their arm to the square and swore to uphold and defend the Constitution and its branches of government.
Now we just brought up the issue of contracts and that contracts are binding if they are signed, so here we go into a pyridine change, lawyers and judges (who used to be lawyers) know you did not ever sign any constitutional contract with any state or American Government as in the united states of America, so you to them really have nothing, you signed nothing as in a constitution or declaration of independence, or any other such type of contractual agreement, so according to them, you have no constitutional rights at all, and that is the LAW, so what ever they do they have the right to do under the LAW… guess what it is absolutely true, I hope this shocks you to your very soul, and that is as simple as that to the LAW. Rest assures they will never tell one word of it to you or they might loose control.
The most important thing is for you to decide which citizenship you want to be under, the rule of a Republic with a Constitution or the rule of contracts of corporations with no regard what so ever for you or your constitutional rights and making sure you pay every step of the way with as much disregard for you and your personal respect, with blatant and intended constructive fraud in secrecy, all the while smiling in your face.
Ask any officer if they work for an incorporated city, or any bank teller if they report transactions of $2,000.00 if so to whom it is reported, or if a transactions is over $10,000.00 to whom it is reported. The STATE D.M.V. is a STATE office, a Department of a CORPERATION, in charge of steeling your auto without you even knowing it, just ask them who really owns your car, that you are paying for, perhaps ask why are steeling it? Dose not the Constitution give one the right to own and hold property free and clear? Yes, so what has happened? You never signed anything knowingly holding you to them or allowing them to give you any of these privileges you thought you already had. Ask them ask them clearly why they do this to you, and how can they do this to you.
And understand the SHERRIFF AND HIGHWAY PATROL, also only mere Department of yet another Corporation, and they will seize and make you pay and pay until you give up what they have seized, do to gigantic fees or fines and impounds and any thing else they can conjure up, they will even sell your property for even more profit, then hand you over to the courts to rape you once more in their venue. So what happened to your Constitutional Right AMENDMENT XIV “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
It is sadly so that you gave up this AMENDMENT and did this to your self under a contract, you did not even understand, or have the foggiest idea that you were doing this to your self.
Fear not there is a remedy to all this and it is simple but courage and bravery is required, but remember that millions are utilizing this courage and bravery and many more are awakening to these truths and facts.
To the Federal Government it is all B.S. and in their private corners they make fun of you and me and how stupid we all are, and how much $ they maid off of us today. look at a hospital bill that is also city owned or the Ambulance service fees, again usually city owned, and if not it is certainly controlled by the city thru licenses, fees and costly regulations. … Just ask them.
The real question is where dose one go for enforcement of ones rights? Do you think for one instant that any law agency will prosecute a fellow officer or judge to insure your rights, constitutional or otherwise? There is certainly a Bill of Rights we all have and can read but where are the teeth to execute enforcement and the punishment as in USC 41 & 42, This we must address and find the remedy our Alliance must help us put these Taskmasters in Prison using USC 41 & 42.
